Sponsored Content & Advertising Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to sponsored articles, press releases, advertisements, banners, commercial mentions, paid links, newsletter placements, partner campaigns, affiliate arrangements, and any other paid or commercially influenced material published or distributed by SatoshiPick.

2. Separation from editorial coverage

SatoshiPick separates independent editorial work from commercial activity.

Advertising or sponsorship does not buy favorable editorial coverage. It also does not guarantee future coverage, search indexing, social media promotion, article placement, ranking position, headline treatment, or inclusion in unrelated newsroom content.

Commercial placements may be accepted, rejected, edited, labeled, noindexed, delayed, or removed at SatoshiPick’s discretion.

3. Labeling

Sponsored content, press releases, advertisements, or partner material should be identified with clear wording where appropriate.

Labels may include:

• Sponsored;
• Press Release;
• Advertisement;
• Partner Content;
• Sponsored Article;
• Promoted Content.

The exact label may vary depending on the format, but the commercial nature of the material should not be hidden.

4. Responsibility for claims

Advertisers, sponsors, agencies, projects, token teams, exchanges, service providers, and submitting parties are responsible for the claims they provide.

This includes statements about:

• token utility;
• fundraising;
• listings;
• audits;
• security;
• regulation;
• licenses;
• partnerships;
• roadmap milestones;
• staking, yield, rewards, airdrops, or incentives;
• user numbers, volume, TVL, revenue, reserves, or other metrics;
• product availability;
• risks and restrictions;
• landing pages and linked materials.

SatoshiPick may review commercial material before publication, but review does not transfer responsibility for the advertiser’s claims to SatoshiPick.

5. Prohibited or restricted commercial claims

SatoshiPick may reject or require changes to commercial material that contains:

• guaranteed profit language;
• unrealistic return claims;
• pressure-based messaging;
• misleading urgency;
• hidden risks;
• unsupported “risk-free” claims;
• false scarcity;
• fake endorsements;
• fabricated partnerships;
• claims of regulatory approval without proof;
• misleading exchange listing claims;
• unclear token sale terms;
• unverifiable audit claims;
• promises that a token, NFT, protocol, mining product, bot, or platform will increase in value.

Crypto advertising carries real reader risk. Promotional language must not turn uncertainty into certainty.

6. Links in sponsored material

Sponsored or paid links may be marked with appropriate attributes, such as rel=”sponsored” or rel=”nofollow”, where technically applicable.

SatoshiPick may refuse links that lead to malware, phishing, impersonation pages, misleading landing pages, undisclosed redirects, illegal offerings, or content that conflicts with our standards.

The destination URL must match the campaign presented for review. Material changes after publication may result in removal.

7. No endorsement

Publication of sponsored content or advertising does not mean that SatoshiPick endorses the advertiser, token, company, platform, founder, service, product, wallet, exchange, protocol, or offer.

Readers should perform their own research and seek qualified advice before making financial, technical, legal, or tax decisions.

8. Editing rights

SatoshiPick may edit commercial submissions for:

• grammar;
• clarity;
• formatting;
• headline standards;
• factual consistency;
• risk language;
• excessive promotional tone;
• legal or compliance concerns;
• search quality concerns;
• link treatment;
• readability.

Material edits may be discussed with the advertiser where appropriate, but SatoshiPick is not required to publish content that fails basic standards.

9. Refusal and removal

SatoshiPick may refuse or remove commercial material where it involves:

• suspected fraud;
• impersonation;
• malware;
• phishing;
• unlawful products or services;
• deceptive token sales;
• misleading financial claims;
• sanctions concerns;
• reputational risk;
• reader safety concerns;
• repeated low-quality submissions;
• undisclosed paid promotion;
• breach of agreed publication terms.

Removal may occur before or after publication.

10. No investment promotion by SatoshiPick

SatoshiPick does not act as a broker, exchange, investment adviser, token issuer, launchpad, financial promoter, or fundraising intermediary.

Sponsored content is a media placement. It is not a recommendation or verification of investment merit.

11. Affiliate relationships

Some links may generate revenue if a reader clicks, registers, purchases, or uses a third-party service.

Affiliate compensation does not give third parties editorial control over independent newsroom coverage.

Where affiliate links are used, SatoshiPick may apply suitable disclosure and link attributes.
