BNB Chain Extends Zero-Fee Stablecoin Transfers Through July 31

BNB Chain has extended its zero-fee stablecoin campaign through July 31, 2026, allowing users to move USDC, USD1 and U without paying transaction fees through participating exchanges, wallets and bridges. The promotion will remain active until 23:59 UTC on July 31, according to the network’s official announcement.

The initiative, known as the 0 Fee Carnival, covers selected withdrawals to BNB Chain, direct wallet-to-wallet transfers on BNB Smart Chain and supported cross-chain bridging routes. The exemption is delivered through designated partners and eligible transaction flows, rather than applying automatically to every stablecoin operation or smart contract interaction across the network.

Fee Coverage Depends on the Transaction Route

BNB Chain lists several participating platforms, with asset availability, supported networks and minimum withdrawal amounts varying by provider. Network support includes BNB Smart Chain and, in some cases, opBNB. Users must follow the conditions established by each participating exchange to qualify for a zero-fee withdrawal.

Direct wallet transfers are also subject to specific eligibility rules. The campaign covers wallet-to-wallet transactions on BNB Smart Chain through supported applications, with unlimited qualifying transfers for USD1 and U, two free USDC transfers per day and a minimum transfer value of $0.10. These limits mean the campaign is not an unrestricted waiver for every USDC transaction.

BNB Chain’s technical documentation explains that integrated wallets can identify transactions eligible for sponsorship and automatically set the gas price to zero for the user. A paymaster mechanism covers the execution cost when a transaction satisfies the applicable conditions, allowing qualifying stablecoin transfers to proceed without requiring the sender to manually pay gas.

Campaign Subsidizes Access Without Replacing Network Fees

From a user perspective, the arrangement removes an immediate obstacle associated with moving dollar-denominated tokens between supported services. Stablecoins are frequently used for transfers, trading and cross-chain settlement, and covering gas fees makes qualifying movements more predictable and accessible, particularly for users who do not already hold BNB for transaction costs.

However, the campaign should not be interpreted as a permanent change to BNB Smart Chain’s underlying fee market. The network is sponsoring or coordinating fee coverage for defined assets and transaction channels during a limited period. Transactions outside the participating wallets, exchanges, bridges or eligibility limits may still incur standard network costs.

BNB Chain said more than $4.5 million in fees had already been covered through the broader initiative when it announced the latest extension. The project has repeatedly prolonged the campaign since its launch, reflecting an ongoing effort to encourage stablecoin activity across its ecosystem. No extension beyond July 31 has yet been confirmed in the available official materials.

Unless BNB Chain announces another renewal, the current promotion will end at 23:59 UTC on July 31, 2026. Users planning transfers after the deadline should verify the applicable wallet, exchange or bridge fees before initiating a transaction, rather than assuming that the current subsidy will remain available.
